Paid plans are billed as described on our pricing page. Fees are in INR. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your use. Refund policy is as stated at the time of purchase or on our website.

LeadFormHub and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You retain ownership of your lead data and content; you grant us a license to use it as necessary to provide the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadFormHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
